In order to be eligible programs and reports must have originally aired between July 1, 2007 and June 30, 2008.

Entries must be received by Wednesday, September 24, 2008. Judging will take place in October. Nominations will be announced in late October/early November and the awards will be presented on Tuesday, December 2 at the Rainbow Room in New York City
