The National Academy of Television Arts and Sciences is now accepting entries for the 2004 Emmy Awards for Business & Financial Reporting.

Entries must have originally aired nationally between July 1, 2003 and June 30, 2004

The deadline for entries is September 22, 2004. Nominees will be announced in late October, and the winners will be announced at a special ceremony on December 2.

If you are using Adobe Acrobat Reader version 4.0 or earlier we recommend that you upgrade to the latest version. This will allow you to enter long strings of text in the data entry fields.

The electronic entry forms allow you to enter entrant information directly into the forms, and print hard copies to be included with your entry tape and check. You may use each form as many times as you like, but you cannot save the information entered.

The cassette tape labels are formatted to fit Avery label template # 5199. Cassette box labels should be printed on regular paper and taped to the front of the cassette box.
