In order to be eligible programs and reports must have originally aired between July 1, 2005 and June 30, 2006.

Entries must be postmarked by Wednesday, September 27, 2006. Judging will take place in October. Nominations will be announced in late October/early November and the awards will be presented on Tuesday, December 5 (location TBA).
