9, 2005 Nominees for the 26th Annual Sports Emmy Awards
were announced today by the National Television Academy. The announcement
was made at the Waldorf Astoria Hotel in New York City. ##### The National Television Academy is a professional service organization dedicated to the advancement of the arts and sciences of television and the promotion of creative leadership for artistic, educational and technical achievements within the television industry. Excellence in Prime Time programming and international programming is recognized by its affiliate, the Academy of Television Arts and Sciences.
