NOMINEES FOR THE EMMY AWARD FOR BROADBAND ANNOUNCED; WINNERS TO BE NAMED JUNE 14

Nominees Represent a Broad Cross Section Of Industry and Consumer Generated Programs

New York, N.Y. -- May 31, 2007 -- The National Academy of Television Arts & Sciences today announced the nominees for four new Emmy Awards for original entertainment programming – comedy, drama, children’s and variety created specifically for broadband, including computers, mobile phones, PDAs and similar devices. The winners will be named at the Daytime Creative Arts & Entertainment Emmy® Awards in Hollywood at the Hollywood & Highlands Ballroom on Thursday, June 14. The Daytime Creative Arts & Entertainment Emmy Awards is sponsored by American Airlines, Kmart and PURPOSE®.

“The nominees represent a cross section of broadband programs, created by both industry leaders and consumers, with the common denominator being quality – the creativity and production values of these programs are exceptional ,” said Peter Price, President/CEO of NATAS. “In fact, this year we had more entries in each of the broadband program categories than any other program category, and the user-generated programs nominated represent nearly 50% of the total nominees. Clearly we have moved toward television anytime, anywhere, by anyone.”

For the first time this year, NATAS partnered with MySpace, the world’s leading lifestyle portal, to create a unique community empowering users to submit content for consideration for the broadband Emmy Awards. Among the dozens of entries submitted via MySpace, SATACRACY 88, a weekly drama series, where viewers vote on the ending each week thus directing the continuation of the story, distributed via ITSALLINYOURHANDS.COM was nominated in the drama category.

“With broadband, the scope is global, the concept universal, and the community, all-inclusive. The amateur is the professional is the consumer. From the small screen to the smaller screen, NBC to MySpace, on television and online, the only differentiation worth making is good content from bad,” said Christie Morrongiello, Manager Daytime Entertainment Emmy Awards, NATAS, who coordinated the MySpace promotional effort for NATAS. “This award honors only the very greatest in broadband and mobile programming, recognizing excellence – unqualified excellence.”

In 2006, the first year that content distributed via broadband and portable delivery was eligible for the Emmy Awards, NATAS awarded just four Broadband Emmy Awards – one each in Entertainment, Sports, News & Documentary, and Public & Community Service. The first Broadband Emmy Award for Entertainment was awarded to Live 8 on AOL, produced by America Online.

A complete list of nominees for the Broadband Emmy Awards is available on the NATAS website, www.emmyonline.tv. The numerical breakdown by production entity, as compiled by the independent accounting firm Deloitte & Touche, LLP, follows.
