Emmy® Awards Website Phase One

Welcome to the new Emmy® Awards Website! This is Phase One of a complete revamping of our present site which over the next few months will introduce streaming video, an Emmy® Chapter blog, improved navigation throughout the site and more of everything that is Emmy®!

For our initial roll-out, you will find a new homepage that incorporates “moving images on a screen,” in new and exciting ways. Our banner headlines will now be presented in Flash animation, highlighting our current Awards presentations. By clicking on these moving images, you will be taken to the respective Awards that they highlight where you can get more information about recent and/or upcoming events. In addition, you will find a quartet of four TV buttons that will highlight programs and information regarding current events and breaking news.

We have incorporated a new “Media Center” where you can get the latest press releases and information regarding coverage of our Awards ceremonies and links to photos of recent events. Don’t forget to check out the new “Deadline Watch” to keep you up-to-date on entering events and upcoming events and a RuleBook and Entry Form hot button to make it easier for you to obtain the information you need.

At the top right corner of the homepage, you will find the “Quick Link” dropdown, which enables you to navigate to any Awards page on our site in just one click. This “Quick Link” will follow you everywhere you go on our site so you can jump from place to place quickly. And if you do ever get lost navigating our site, you can just click on the Emmy® Statue at the top left of every page and that’ll take you back to the homepage.

As you navigate through our site, you will notice that some links are “grayed-out” which indicates materials that will be rolled out in a later phase. There are also links that will take you back to our “old site” so that you can still refer to materials you might need while the renovation continues.

That’s Phase One! We’re off and running and we hope this will make a big difference in how you and Emmy® get to know each other! Stay tune as we work our way to Phase Two later this Spring!
